The tibetan plateau is the water source of whole China. And China has already a long history of water shortage. As long as the glaciers are melting, water is available and that's OK. Once the melting down takes to an end, the whole Chinese population will have no water to drink. A nightmare. So my biggest fear for China is being confirmed.
